We are now accepting applications for cadet basics. The first step is to forward a completed and signed CAP Form 31 to the Tri-Wing Encampment, as described below.

Upon receipt, applicants will receive additional forms which will need to be completed and returned prior to arrival.

The deadline for application for cadet basics is June 30, 2007. Applications will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

MARYLAND WING APPLICANTS: All applications must have the following original signatures: cadet, parents, squadron commander, group commander (or their designee). Send CAPF 31 with check for $100, payable to "CAP Tri-Wing" to the following address:
